Maris Milpak is an attorney with extensive knowledge and experience in the field of data protection law. Previously practising at Nordx Legal, she participated in the assessment procedures of the implementation and compliance of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), i.e. conducted data mapping, drafted privacy policies, data protection procedures and other documents related to data processing operations. Maris also has experience in conducting trainings on data protection law.

Previously, Maris has also worked in the dispute resolution team of Sorainen Law Office, where she assisted attorneys with cases in both civil and administrative law.

Since joining LIVERTE, Maris’s main areas of practice are both data protection law and business law, supporting LIVERTE’s existing and new clients in matters related to their day-to-day business activities. In addition, Maris assists partners in advising and representing clients in civil and administrative proceedings.
