Katarina Talumäe specializes in civil disputes, representing clients both in court and out-of-court in various matters related to contract law, law of obligations, corporate and insolvency law. In addition to a regular master’s degree in law, Katarina also has a master’s degree in information technology law, which allows her to advise clients on questions related to data protection and privacy law.

Katarina started her legal career at law firm Hedman Partners where she worked with Liisa Linna on administrative and civil legal matters related to real estate and construction law. From there, Katarina moved on to the LEADELL Pilv law firm, where she worked in the litigation team for several years. Alongside top specialists in the field, Katarina has gained considerable experience in all areas of private law.

Katarina likes to help clients achieve their goals through the art of compromise to avoid costly and nerve-wracking litigation in court.

Outside of professional work, Katarina actively contributes to the activities of the Estonian Lawyers’ Union.
